​We conduct a thorough assessment of both the interior and exterior of the property, creating a detailed plan to enhance its appeal to potential buyers. While doing a walkthrough with the homeowner, we review the plan, provide insight and discuss options on how to effectively execute the plan.

​OCCUPIED HOME STAGING​​​

Occupied home stagings start with us conducting a home staging consultation. Depending on the seller's needs, we'll complete some, or all, of the items detailed in the plan. This could include editing / rearranging furniture, selecting paint colors, shopping for accessories, etc.

VACANT HOME STAGING​​​

Using furniture and accessories from our own collection, we transform empty spaces into warm, inviting environments that appeal to potential buyers.
